Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Benefits Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in claims or insurance who is eager to contribute to the effective management of employee benefit programs. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities : - Manage employee benefits programs, including 401k, RRSP, COBRA, and workers' compensation plans. - Administer claims processes and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. - Utilize platforms such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Dayforce to maintain accurate records and streamline benefits administration. - Conduct audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. - Provide support for employee inquiries related to benefit programs and resolve issues promptly. - Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration of benefit functions. - Assist in the preparation and distribution of benefits-related documentation and communications. - Monitor compliance requirements and update processes to align with current regulations. - Coordinate with external vendors and insurance providers to address claims efficiently. - Support additional administrative tasks as needed to maintain the integrity of the benefits system. Requirements - Previous experience in claims administration or insurance-related roles. - Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, Dayforce, and other CRM platforms. - Strong understanding of benefit functions, including COBRA, workers' compensation, and 401k / RRSP administration. - Excellent organizational and auditing skills to manage detailed benefits data. - Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance and support to employees. - Familiarity with compliance regulations related to benefits programs. - Experience in coordinating with vendors and external providers for claims and benefits administration.
