Join Our Team as a Part-Time Office Receptionist (Tuesday-Thursday)

At our company, your role as the Receptionist will be key in creating a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and callers. As the friendly face of our office, you ensure that every person's experience is pleasant and professional. In this essential part-time position, you'll support our operations from Tuesday to Thursday, working from 9 AM to 5 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch. You will contribute to a smoothly functioning environment with your organizational expertise and focus on details. This position totals 21 paid hours / week .

Key Responsibilities :

• Welcoming Presence : Greet visitors warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued and informed.
• Communication Management : Efficiently handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team members.
• Mail Coordination : Receive incoming packages and oversee outgoing mail, including courier services.
• Office Appearance : Maintain a clean and inviting reception area, conference rooms, and entryway.
• Meeting Support : Assist with setup and cleanup for client meetings, including food and beverage prep.
