Job description5-10 years of experience. Needs to have experience as field-based supervisor / foreman, plus, construction management and engineering experience. Used to working the field, not watching from an office Lite commercial experience – not housing real estate Certifications (don’t need, but nice have) : to have construction management & engineer Need to be able to read construction blueprints Will need to bring their own hard hat, boots, vest Project Management : Plan, coordinate, and oversee all onsite activities of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Team Leadership : Manage and lead construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications. Scheduling : Develop and maintain project schedules, including daily and weekly timelines, to ensure timely project completion. Budget Management : Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and provide regular financial updates to senior management. Quality Control : Ensure that all work meets or exceeds company quality standards and complies with building codes and regulations. Safety Compliance : Enforce safety standards on site, ensuring that all team members follow OSHA and company safety protocols. Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction promptly and effectively. Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.

Location : Ysleta, El Paso, Texas
Max Pay Rate : $50+ / hour
Position Summary : The Onsite Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing construction projects, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
