Job descriptionOversees and manages construction and / or remodeling projects throughout the TMH Campus in compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations. Maintains Above Ceiling Permit Program, Preconstruction Risk Assessment, hot work permits, etc. Five (5) years of maintenance or construction management experience. Five (5) years of experience with CMS, Joint Commission, AHCA, and / or NPFA compliance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
Required Education : Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; Human Resources may substitute directly related professional experience for required education on a 1 : 1 basis.
Preferred Education : None.
Required Experience :
Preferred Experience : Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare facilities or construction management role.
Required Certification / License / Registry : None.
