We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team . Support functions require writing, reporting, and strong communication skills. This position requires a high level of customer service skills, interacting with the public and other employees to achieve the essential functions of the job.
Provide administrative support to the entire team, which may involve scheduling meetings, note-taking at meetings, preparing materials, and other various tasks.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Manage Data and alert supervisor of any missed QR codes..
Send New Hire onboarding and resignations updates.
Update ALL internal documents for the client. Such as complaint log, daily log, daily reports, utility schedule, etc.
Keep track of all request and schedule accordingly for day and night team. Alert supervisors 2 days prior to an event.
Keep track of uniform inventory.
Daily reports
Update and create duty list
Update Active employee list
Assure all scheduled work is closed out with proper documentation on Ehub application.
