Job Title : Design Assistant

Supervisor : Store Manager

Location : 33 W Green St, Pasadena, CA 91105

Requirement : 20 / 20, SketchUp, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop. Experience in the Furniture Industry is a plus.

Schedule : Upon Manager’s request (5 days a week incl Saturday) from 10 : 00am - 6 : 00pm

Job Description :

• Sales team assistance
• Assist Sales Team with all aspects of design project : Assist Designers at House Calls, document project site.
• Draft and render floorplans on Auto Cad and Photoshop for presentations.
• Customer information : Greet customers and inform them of our services and product information if designers are occupied with another client.
• Marketing and sales tools
• Maintain materials library and update vendor catalogs / pricelists. Contact vendors for sample requests / information on products.
• Maintain showroom’s tearsheet library.

Tagging, barcode (accessories), store check up (Videos..)

IT systems :

AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, 20 / 20, SketchUp, V-Ray
