Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Child Care Director to lead our center with a strong focus on staff management, program development, and maintaining a nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will be a coach and mentor —guiding and training staff to ensure they provide the highest quality care and education to the children. This role requires a hands-on leader who will oversee curriculum implementation, facility management, and foster open communication between teachers and parents.
