Ensure the center meets health, safety, and licensing regulations. Oversee facility maintenance and improvements to create a safe, welcoming environment. Develop and implement marketing ideas to increase enrollment and community involvement. Represent the center at local events to build relationships and promote services. Foster a strong partnership between parents and teachers through regular updates, meetings, and events. Ensure parents receive timely communication about their child’s progress and center updates. Experience in child care management, early childhood education, or staff training . Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Knowledge of child care licensing and safety regulations. Passion for fostering a positive work culture and high-quality child care services.
Job Overview :
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Child Care Director to lead our center with a strong focus on staff management, program development, and maintaining a nurturing learning environment. The ideal candidate will be a coach and mentor —guiding and training staff to ensure they provide the highest quality care and education to the children. This role requires a hands-on leader who will oversee curriculum implementation, facility management, and foster open communication between teachers and parents.
