A well-respected client is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing . As the Assistant Director of Nursing you will be responsible for overseeing and managing aspects of nursing operations within our organization as assigned by the Director of Nursing. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage team members. Responsibilities May Include :
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care delivery to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations
- Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and technologies
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
