A well-respected client is seeking an experienced  Assistant Director of Nursing .   As the  Assistant Director of Nursing you will be responsible for overseeing and managing aspects of nursing operations within our organization as assigned by the Director of Nursing. Responsibilities May Include :

• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care delivery to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations
• Manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage and optimal patient care
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate patient records and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in nursing practices and technologies
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
