Job Summary / Description :
KCBD is looking for a talented editor / associate producer who will edit morning newscasts and assist with the producing of our morning and Noon newscasts. We will invest in, train and provide opportunities for the winning candidate to grow and prosper.
Lubbock's legacy station is looking for a news editor / associate producer. The ideal candidate will be proficient in video editing and understand compelling visual presentation.
Duties / Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- Edit and send video for our -rated newscasts. You will collaborate with other team members to deliver the best possible product on-air
- Help producers write and organize newscasts
- May occasionally shoot video in the field
- Be a team player
