As an Events Assistant , you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of various events. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt will contribute to the success of each event. You’ll collaborate closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
Maintain detailed event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
Communicate with vendors, venues, and clients to confirm arrangements.
Support on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown.
Manage event-related materials, supplies, and inventory.
Address client and attendee inquiries during events.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in event planning or related fields.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Skills : Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Traits : High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
