What You Will Do :

Complex Case Assisting : Be deeply involved with procedures ranging from surgical placements (implants), fixed restorations (crowns / bridges), to advanced removable prosthetics (dentures).

Skill Expansion : Actively seek to expand your clinical knowledge regarding advanced procedures and the specialized technology used in Prosthodontics (e.g., CBCT Imaging, Surgical Navigation, Laser Care).

Patient Experience : Support the highest level of patient care, ensuring comfort and clear communication throughout complex treatment plans.

High Proficiency Assisting : Maintain an exceptional level of assisting skill, anticipating the needs of the doctor and managing clinical flow efficiently.

Required Qualifications :

Proven Dental Assisting Proficiency : Must possess strong clinical skills and excellent dental knowledge.

Motivation to Learn : A high degree of motivation to expand knowledge regarding specialized procedures and treatment types is essential.

Professionalism & Attitude : Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude are required for working in a specialty environment.

Experience : Prior experience in a specialty environment (e.g., Oral Surgery, Periodontics, or Prosthodontics) is highly desirable, though strong general practice experience with a desire to specialize will be considered.
