Reports To : Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a motivated and personable Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction : Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating issues to higher management when necessary.
  • Service Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Order Processing : Assist customers with placing, modifying, or canceling orders and track shipment statuses as required.
  • Documentation : Accurately log customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong ability to assess situations and implement effective solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications (e.g., MS Office, email platforms).
  • Interpersonal Skills : Friendly, patient, and capable of handling challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Time Management : Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
