In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction : Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently, escalating issues to higher management when necessary.
Service Knowledge : Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
