Job Overview :
Must have a passion for customer service and creating an exceptional guest experience! Our Assistant Managers lead our front of house team on creating an exceptional guest experience and ensuring all EWC Growth Core Values are consistently applied. This is a full-time hourly position, with base plus commission on all package sales.
Benefits :
- We are committed to recognizing your exceptional performance with earnings ranging from $39,500 to $55,000 or more per year. Our compensation structure includes a base hourly rate of $19 complemented by bonuses and incentives, to ensure that those who achieve their goals consistently often may surpass this range.
