We are a trust first, learn together and celebrate collectively team. Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and driven Senior IT Network Engineer to join our Infrastructure (INF) Team. This role requires an expert-level understanding of network infrastructure, exceptional problem-solving skills, and thought leadership abilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring Client and EXOS network performance and reliability, as well as being primary lead on network consultations and deployments. What You Will Do · Network Design and Implementation: o Design, deploy, and maintain complex network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. o Implement and oversee network solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. o Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network services across the organization. · Incident and Problem Management: o Lead the response to major network incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact. o Analyze network performance data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement. o Develop and implement strategies to prevent network incidents and enhance overall reliability. · Network Security and Compliance: o Oversee the implementation of network security measures to protect against unauthorized access, cyber threats, and vulnerabilities. o Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. o Conduct regular security assessments and audits, and implement corrective actions as needed. · Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of network configurations, processes, incident reports, and service records. o Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans. o Provide guidance and mentoring on Network Issues to INF Engineers and other IT staff. o Collaboration and Strategic Planning: Work closely with IT and business leaders to develop and implement strategic network plans. o Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality network services and support.

Qualifications:

? Education and Experience:

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR equivalent experience.

o Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Network Engineer, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role

? Technical Skills:

o Expert knowledge of network infrastructure and operations.

o Extensive experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Juniper, or similar advanced networking equipment.

o Advanced proficiency in networking protocols (, BGP, OSPF, MPLS) and network monitoring tools.

o Strong understanding of network security practices, incident management, and disaster recovery planning.

? Certifications (preferred but not required):

o Advanced certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or similar.

o Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent.
