Job description
Job Description : Product Manager
Responsibilities :
Lead 1-2 engineering teams to drive run the engine, well managed, and platform hardening intent
Demonstrate knowledge for improving and challenging scalable and resilient implementations
Build a roadmap, own the backlog and prioritize high-leverage features builds grounded in both qualitative and quantitative data.
Build and maintain partnerships with with leaders and platform stakeholders to influence platform-wide improvements
Define, socialize and monitor key performance metric indicators to understand the evolution and success of the product
pply strategic thinking to delivering product features that are well managed, including collaborating effectively with risk, compliance, legal, and privacy partners
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree or military experience
t least 2 years of product management experience or at least 2 years of experience in business analysis or software engineering
Preferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Engineering
MBA or Master's degree
3+ years of experience in Agile product management
