In addition to personal injury, we offer services such as nonprofit and business formations, expunctions, civil matters, and veteran benefits.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant at Robles Jr Law located in Richardson, TX. The Assistant will be responsible for supporting attorneys in day-to-day legal operations, client communication, scheduling appointments, answering phones, and maintaining case files. The role may also involve assisting with legal research and administrative tasks as needed. You are offered 1 remote day a week, in addition, we are flexible with the hours coming in. You can choose 8, 9, or 10am, but you must work 8 hours a day. We do also offer a bonus structure and competitive pay of $18-$21 an hour, based on experience. We need someone willing to build and grow with us.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in a legal setting or related field is a plus
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Proficient in Spanish, reading, writing, and speaking
- Experience in personal injury is highly encouraged, but not a disqualifier.
