Job Title : BAS Assistant Project Manager

Job Overview
We seek a detail-oriented and proactive BAS (Building Automation Systems) Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordinating, and executing of building automation projects in the commercial mechanical construction industry. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders, contributing to cutting-edge HVAC, energy management, and control systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with BAS platforms such as Tridium Niagara, Distech, and Schneider Electric and a foundational understanding of DDC and BACnet protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and managing BAS projects, ensuring all phases—from design to commissioning—meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with teams to implement building automation systems, seamlessly integrating HVAC, lighting, and energy management technologies.
- Develop and review system drawings, schematics, and submittals using AutoCAD, Revit, and Visio—support troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to BAS components.
- Serve as a liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams, maintaining clear communication and meeting project milestones.
- Prepare project documentation, track schedules, monitor budgets, and report progress to the Project Manager, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
