Join Cook Counseling and Consulting Inc. as a Life Coach in our private practice setting, and be a guiding light on the journey towards a brighter, more fulfilling future for our clients.
As a Life Coach, you will play a crucial role in providing support and guidance to individuals aged 8 to 22 who are justice involved, at risk, or in need of developing life skills, communication skills, and peer support. With a specific focus on working with the Medicaid and OhioRISE population, your expertise and impact will be instrumental in helping our clients overcome obstacles and unlock their true potential.
Responsibilities :
- Engage with clients in both individual and group settings, meeting them in the community and our office, fostering a safe and comfortable environment for their growth and development.
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that address their individual needs and goals, emphasizing the development of life skills, effective communication, and peer support.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches, alongside your own expertise and creativity, to guide clients towards building resilience, self-confidence, and empowerment.
- Report directly to the Clinical Director, allowing for seamless coordination and collaboration with the broader therapeutic team.
- Engage in regular supervision to ensure professional growth and adherence to best practices.
