Annual Salary : $90K - $150K+ (Depending On Experience)

Presently, Cornerstone is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Superintendent.

Job Overview

The Superintendent will lead, manage, and optimize Cornerstones project management and construction processes. The Superintendent will also assist with business development and managing the relationship with clients.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Provides direct leadership to the craft and construction team on-site; ensures all team members understand their purpose, direction, motivation, and development \ Maximizes project success, efficiency, and coordination through a strong working relationship, clear and concise communication, and day-to-day relationships with Subcontractors, Craft, Project Engineers, Project Managers, and other key stakeholders Oversee meetings to evaluate, develop and maintain the project schedule Acts as the projects safety liaison, responsible for all weekly safety meetings, safety standards, and implementation of all required safety training Completes all required daily reports, analyses, and applicable timecard entry, review, and approval for all project staff Responsible for identifying, requisitioning, and management of all necessary equipment and tools for each project Exemplifies Cornerstones Mission and Vision; sets the example by treating every client, design partners, subcontractors, and internal crew as if they were critical to the organizations overall success

Qualifications

Required

2 years of college and / or trade school experience 2-3 years of Superintendent experience 3-5 years experience in construction 2-3 years in a leadership position in construction

Preferred

Bachelors degree in Construction Management or similar discipline 3+ years of Superintendent experience 5+ years of experience in construction 3+ years experience in vertical construction 3+ years in a leadership position in construction

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and talk or hear. The employee is required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee must lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have sufficient mobility to climb ladders, access tight spaces, and inspect concealed but accessible spaces within existing buildings.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office and field, including travel statewide.
