About the Role

As an Assistant Superintendent , you’ll play a vital role in on-site project execution , ensuring work progresses on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards . You’ll collaborate closely with the Superintendent and project team to maintain safety, productivity, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• On-Site Leadership – Assist in coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and daily operations.
• Quality Control – Ensure all work meets project specifications and industry standards.
• Safety First – Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Problem-Solving – Identify and resolve on-site issues to keep projects moving smoothly.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

2+ years of experience in construction field supervision.
