Job Overview :

We are seeking a loving, patient, and enthusiastic Toddler Program Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with toddlers and a deep understanding of early childhood development. You will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and positive interactions for children ages 18-36 months.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a play-based curriculum tailored to the developmental needs and interests of toddlers.
• Create a nurturing and responsive environment that fosters emotional security and encourages exploration and learning.
• Support toddlers in developing language, motor skills, and social-emotional growth through intentional and interactive activities.
• Maintain strong, positive relationships with families through regular communication about their child's progress and developmental milestones.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure continuity of care and learning.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety regulations.
