Job Title : Office Administrator
Job Description
The Office Administrator role requires a professional who can efficiently manage the switchboard and multitask various assignments. The position involves welcoming guests, assisting customers, applicants, and visitors, and ensuring they connect with the appropriate internal contacts. The Office Administrator will also handle mail processing, equipment maintenance, and provide comprehensive administrative services.
Responsibilities
- Operate all aspects of the switchboard and multitask assignments professionally.
- Greet guests and assist customers, applicants, and visitors, ensuring they are directed to the correct internal contacts.
- Process and organize incoming and outgoing mail, including mailing invoices.
- Maintain equipment in the central supply room.
- Provide administrative services such as file management, document composition, and word-processing.
- Assist with catering needs, confirm billing accuracy, coordinate meeting room requirements, and ensure general cleanup.
- Order, organize, and maintain office and kitchen supplies, checking stock levels and verifying receipt.
- Maintain and organize employee records and HR files.
- Act as a backup for managing the Service Award process, including ordering gift cards and gifts.
- Aid in running standard HR reports.
- Collaborate with HR team members for onboarding and termination processes.
- Support the maintenance of benefits brochures and forms for Compensation and Benefits processes.
- Assist with event coordination as required.
- Provide backup assistance for various departments as needed.
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Work Environment
The role requires onsite work five days a week in a state-of-the-art office building.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
