Assisted Living Manager
Piedmont Gardens, a 5-Star HumanGood senior living community, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Living (AL) Manager to help lead our Assisted Living program. This role partners closely with the Assisted Living Director and plays a key role on the community leadership team, supporting high-quality care, team development, and resident satisfaction. As the AL Manager, you will provide leadership and operational oversight for a team of approximately 20 Resident Assistants, ensuring compassionate care and consistent service delivery.
Position details : Full-time, MondayFriday, 9 : 00 AM5 : 00 PM (must be available to support all shifts as needed)
$65,000$80,000 annually, depending on experience
Key responsibilities of the position include, but may not be limited to :
- Leading the full employee lifecycle : interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management
- Supporting and implementing resident-centered activities and support programs
- Partnering with leadership on marketing efforts and engaging with prospective residents and families
- Conducting regular community rounds to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Participating in initial and ongoing resident assessments to identify needs and changes in condition
- Assisting in the development and execution of individualized Resident Services Plans
- Participating in resident and family meetings to support communication and care alignment
