This Accountant Position Features :

We’re looking for a skilled accountant to join our team and handle a diverse range of accounting tasks. If you have experience with month-end closing duties and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

  • The Associate must have a 4-year accounting degree
  • Knowledgeable of US GAAP
  • System experience : Microsoft products including strong in excel, SAP would be a plus.

Responsibilities :

Perform month-end closing duties

Review sales division trial balances

Complete and review necessary month-end journal entries

Prepare and load exchange rates for all Global Market subsidiaries

Calculate and process royalty and rebate expenses related to sales activity

Prepare a full set of financial statements for an affiliated company

Track monthly administrative costs against the annual budget

Prepare monthly spoilage, net sales, and census reports

Provide guidance on standard financial operating reports

Lead support of general ledger reconciliation and analysis

Update and reconcile balance sheet accounts of sales division

Perform bank reconciliations

Assist with lease accounting

Track and reconcile intercompany activity

Communicate with all plant controllers regarding open items and clear them monthly

Assist with the quarterly review of sales division balance sheet reconciliations to support corporate journal entry policy

Compensation : Competitive pay, $35.00 to $40.00 Per hour
