Shuffield, Lowman & Wilson, a full-service AV-Rated law firm, has immediate need in our Orlando office to join our corporate law and mergers and acquisitions team as an associate, or of counsel. A book of business is preferred but not required. The successful candidate will have 5 years of strong corporate and / or M&A experience, comfortable leading projects and transactions, and strong management skills. Must have excellent attention to detail and drafting skills, be comfortable interacting with clients, be a team player and have ability to multi-task.
