We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Associate Consultant. This position will be an integral part of Wipro’s Silicon Valley Innovation Center (SVIC) rapid prototyping team located in Mountain View, CA. The SVIC is a state-of-the-art center where our clients and partners experience the ‘Art of the Possible’ and draw inspiration based on a persona driven, User Centered Design methodology to visualize, prototype and embrace innovation. The Associate Consultant will : Conceptualize, plan, and execute Customer Showcases Deliver showcases and conduct workshops for various stake holders from client teams Collaborate and work closely with Retail, Banking & Finance, Manufacturing & Tech, Communications, and Healthcare Business Units to map out agendas and visit flows Drive Innovation Center walk-throughs aligned to profile of the customer and the industry Evangelize Innovation showcases featuring AI, AR, VR, and IoT Evaluate emerging and cutting-edge technologies, scope and define use cases, and onboard new content Coordinate, plan, and interact with account teams (GBUs and SMEs) to craft customer journeys, capture insights, and explore potential opportunities after client engagements Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited US college or university Skills and competencies : A strong team player who is comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly to a startup-like working environment A technologist with a good understanding of technology trends in the industry and ability to visualize and articulate future of technology Strategic Business Perspective : consultative approach to understand the industry, customer business, and the marketplace Excellent communication and presentation skills, must have the ability to connect with C-Level leadership Articulate thoughts clearly in verbal and non-verbal forms of communication. Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Be able to work with different teams within Customer organization and collaborate to deliver projects with stringent timelines. Possesses Strong Leadership, Excellent Communication skills with Service oriented attitude to build Productive Work Relationship and Goal-oriented Customer focus Hands on Project management and overall IT industry experience. Excellent client management skills Global remote people management skills Good to have solid technical background with understanding and / or hands-on experience in software development, hardware, and web technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
