Are you a hands-on Creative Director with a passion for sports and a knack for crafting compelling brand stories? We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to roll up their sleeves to shape and amplify our brand's identity. As we gear up for 2026, you'll be at the heart of creating a brand narrative that resonates with fans, engages our community, and captivates corporate partners.
You'll take charge of every creative detail, from campaign development to visual design. If you"re excited about bringing a brand to life and making an impact in Boston"s sports scene, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Own The Brand
- Elevate and maintain our brand identity, reflecting our values and resonating with our community.
- Develop a distinctive brand voice and visual style that stands out in Boston's sports scene.
- Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve brand goals and ensure cross-functional integration.
- Regularly review and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including digital platforms, print materials, and in-stadium experiences.

Location & Availability
Currently in or willing to relocate to Boston; able to work in-person on a regular basis and attend events on nights and weekends from time to time as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will consist of salary and company-sponsored benefits and will be commensurate with the experience of the selected candidate.
