Overview The Creative Director will be responsible for the conception, creation, and execution of both internal and external creative strategies. This includes developing an engaging Learning Management System (LMS) for clients, producing training videos, and shaping a compelling marketing strategy to elevate ezLocator's brand across the golf industry. Experience Required 5+ years of creative leadership experience, preferably in tech, sports, or SaaS. Proven experience developing eLearning platforms or LMS content. Proficiency in video production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Camtasia, etc.). Strong portfolio showcasing creative work, especially in training or brand storytelling. Deep understanding of the golf industry is a strong plus. Excellent communication, project management, and team collaboration skills Essential Responsibilities Learning & Training Development Design and develop a comprehensive LMS platform for client training on ezLocator software. Script, film, edit, and produce high-quality training videos and instructional content. Collaborate with software and customer success teams to ensure accurate and user-friendly educational content. Creative & Marketing Strategy Lead the development of a cohesive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness across golf industry stakeholders, including clubs, golf course superintendents, and players. Direct creative campaigns across digital platforms (web, social, video, email). Create visually compelling presentations, brochures, and brand materials aligned with ezLocator's mission. Brand Leadership Define and maintain brand standards across all visual, written, and digital content. Oversee the visual direction of all ezLocator creative projects and ensure consistency.
