We are looking for a creative and data-savvy Video Editor to produce engaging content for social media and performance marketing campaigns. This role blends innovative storytelling with a results-driven approach, creating videos that resonate with audiences, drive conversions, and align with our brand’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Video Editing & Production :
Edit short-form and long-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
Incorporate storytelling techniques, transitions, motion graphics, and other creative elements to enhance video quality and engagement.
Repurpose existing content into platform-specific formats optimized for audience preferences and performance goals.
Performance Optimization :
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-install (CPI), and audience retention.
Conduct A / B testing on video elements (e.g., hooks, CTAs, and formats) to identify top-performing variations.
Analyze campaign data and audience feedback to refine editing techniques and improve video effectiveness.
Creative Collaboration & Innovation :
Work with the creative team to develop fresh concepts for video ads and organic social media content.
Stay current on social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging formats to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
Quality Control :
Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, high-quality standard.
Adapt and iterate on edits quickly based on feedback to meet deadlines and project goals.
Requirements :
Proven experience in video editing for social media platforms or performance marketing.
Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific video requirements.
Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and the ability to interpret campaign metrics to inform creative decisions.
Creative storytelling skills, especially in capturing attention within the first few seconds of a video.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills :
Basic animation and motion graphics experience.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
