Goodspeed Merrill (GM), a rapidly growing full-service business law firm located in South Metro Denver’s up-and-coming Meridian Community, is seeking a Corporate Associate to join it's Corporate Law practice.
This role requires knowledge of and demonstrated experience in Corporate Services with strong fundamentals in general corporate matters including, mergers & acquisitions, corporate formation, corporate structuring, drafting and review of operating agreements, bylaws, shareholder
agreements and other similar corporate documents, equity purchase and sale transactions, corporate governance, and contracts drafting & review.
