Job Title : Marketing, Associate Manager (Contract)
Duration : 6 Months Contract with possible extension
Location : About the Role
You'll be joining the Going Out team, which is focused on building millions of in-person connections between Merchants and Consumers by driving in-store sales. We are building from the ground up, and this team has been working on the problem for less than a year, which means you'll have a big opportunity to shape strategy and build with us. The success of Going Out is dependent on our ability to reach our customers, communicate the value & mechanics of the program, and match them to the right restaurants to bring them into the product. As a Marketing, Associate Manager (Contract), you will be responsible for building out marketing support with our merchant partners on the Going Out product to drive new and ongoing engagement with them. You will help to carry out the marketing strategies for the Going Out merchant customers and identify opportunities to grow the traffic and conversion with users for our product.

Create merchant campaigns across the customer lifecycle including communications to support adoption of and retention to our Going Out product
Manage development and execution of marketing strategy, including driving creative review processes, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders
Establish a strong working relationship with xfn stakeholders across Integrated Marketing (PMM), Product, Operations, and Analytics teams
Set up and monitor merchant strategy, including sales materials and finding new areas for partnership
Analyze results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports

4+ years experience in marketing, preferably with a digital or tech focus
Record of driving business results via cross-channel marketing campaigns
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Hands on experience with helping to build marketing strategy
Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
