Global MSAT Associate Principal Scientist

The Global MSAT team supports the Biologics Operations strategy, focusing on customer centricity, providing harmonized deployed services, and ensuring consistency in execution. It also supports the introduction of new technology with accelerated timelines in the coming years. Internally, this team collaborates closely with R&D and Group Operations for early alignment, priority setting, planning, and execution of our global improvement agenda. The role offers a dynamic, exciting, and rewarding environment with strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, providing excellent personal and professional development within the function and across Lonza's global biologics network.

Key responsibilities :

• Oversee the implementation of harmonization projects across the global network sites, developing deployment plans cross-functionally and supporting on-site teams during all transfer phases to meet business targets.
• Serve as a point of contact for support and resolution of critical network technical problems, working cross-functionally across sites to maintain project outcomes, e.g., Global QA Alerts.
• Provide daily technical coaching and mentoring to Global and site MSAT team members, focusing on technical problem resolution and operational improvement. Support training and knowledge transfer to enhance the expertise and capability of the Global MSAT network.
• Maintain and establish a professional internal and external network to stay updated on technical and compliance knowledge, aligned with role objectives and team development.
