OnIt athlete is on track to work with over 65 Universities and 215 teams in 2024. In 2024, OnIt Athlete is on track to pay student athletes over $5 million.

Position : Regional Sales Representative

Location : Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa

Responsibilities :

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking with enthusiasts, card shops, trade shows, and sporting events.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
• Present and demonstrate our [products / services] to prospective clients effectively.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Compensation : This is a commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. We offer a competitive commission structure, bonuses, and incentives for achieving and surpassing targets.

Training and Support : We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure our sales representatives have the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
