Job description

Role : JIRA Data Center Administrator

Location : Austin, Texas

Key Responsibilities :

Administer and optimize JIRA Data Center and BitBucket for enterprise use.
Configure workflows, screens, fields, dashboards, and permission schemes.
Integrate JIRA with PPM, BitBucket , and other tools.
Automate workflows and streamline processes for efficiency.
Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance.
Research, recommend, and configure plugins to enhance functionality.
Provide training and technical support to end-users.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
Support system upgrades, backups, and recovery plans.

Requirements :

Experience in JIRA Data Center & BitBucket administration .

Expertise in JIRA / BitBucket REST APIs, JQL, and SQL queries .

Knowledge of Agile, Kanban , and best practices for JIRA configurations.

Strong troubleshooting and user support experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite .

JIRA Administration for Data Center & Server certification .

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred.
