The Athletic Team Group Travel Advisor is responsible for coordinating all aspects of travel arrangements for athletic teams ensuring seamless and efficient logistics for both domestic and international trips. This role involves meticulous planning excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail to provide athletes coaches and staff with optimal travel experiences.
Responsibilities :
1.Travel Planning : Coordinate all travel logistics for athletic teams including flights accommodations ground transportation
2. Budget Management : Develop and manage travel budgets seeking costeffective solutions without compromising quality and comfort for the team.
3. Itinerary Creation : Create detailed travel itineraries outlining departure and arrival times transportation schedules and accommodation details for team members.
4. Communication Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact for athletes coaches and staff regarding travel arrangements providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
5. Vendor Coordination : Collaborate with airlines hotels transportation providers and other vendors to secure bookings negotiate contracts and resolve any issues that may arise during travel.
6. Documentation Management : Maintain accurate records of travel expenses receipts and other relevant documentation for accounting and reporting purposes.
Qualifications :
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with athletes coaches staff and external vendors.
Knowledge of travel regulations safety standards and industry best practices.

The Athletic Team Group Travel Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the comfort safety and success of athletic teams during their travels contributing to a positive team culture and performance outcomes.
Must be 18 yrs of age and reside in the USA Mexico Australia or the UK.
