A company is looking for a Manager, Training to enhance the performance and quality of Operations Configuration staff through effective training programs. Key Responsibilities : Manage training and educational programs for the Claims and Configuration department Assess and identify individual or group training needs Analyze training program effectiveness and prepare reports and recommendations for management Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of training experience, preferably in a managed care / insurance environment Familiarity with computer-based training tools and technology-based training platforms Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning styles Previous leadership experience managing cross-functional teams or supervisory roles
