We are hiring one senior associate and one mid-level associate, both with partnership potential. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in civil defense, the ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a team, and the desire to work toward partnership. Associates are mentored directly by preeminent trial lawyers who have worked together for decades, will have direct client contact, and will try cases with a partner.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of discovery including expert discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare reports to clients
• Attend mediations
• Second and Co-chair trials
