Job Description
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trial Attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent courtroom skills, and a passion for advocating on behalf of clients. This position offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload, engage in complex trial work, and contribute to the growth of a respected firm.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and litigate cases from inception through trial in state and federal courts.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Develop case strategies, prepare witnesses, and present cases in court.
- Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution.
- Collaborate with partners and support staff to provide superior client service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and court procedures.
