Edlin Gallagher Huie + Blum is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Attorney to join our dynamic team in California. This role offers significant flexibility in terms of location (you can be based anywhere in California) and work arrangements (onsite, hybrid, or remote). You’ll also have the opportunity to practice in multiple areas of law that align with your interests, gaining valuable hands-on litigation and trial experience.

The Attorney will be responsible for independently managing a caseload, developing case strategies, conducting discovery, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings. This position requires a strong understanding of California civil procedure and evidence rules, as well as excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. The Attorney will also be expected to effectively supervise staff and collaborate with other attorneys to successfully complete assignments.
