The work consists of a blend of consumer and corporate clients.
No client development required, but variable compensation available for origination of new business.
Experience with hourly billing, strongly preferred.
Strong communication and complex transaction drafting skills are required.
Downtown Fort Worth office location.
Salary $175,000.00 - $195,000.00 depending on relevant experience. 401K. No medical insurance at this time. Paid garage parking. Ten days of PTO, plus an average of ten other paid holiday days.
Requirements :
Graduate of a Texas law school and licensed to practice law in Texas, required.
Expectations :
Strong work ethic. Exceptional client communications. Professional and team-oriented office behavior.
