Job Details

This client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and a passion for providing excellent legal services. As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, representing clients in court, and providing strategic legal advice.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.

Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Develop and implement case strategies in collaboration with clients and colleagues.

Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution processes.

Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of litigation matters.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the Hawaii bar and in good standing.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation.

Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
