Job Description
Gallant & Ervin, LLC seeks an attorney with 3-10 years' experience to join a busy litigation practice. An attorney with law admissions in Massachusetts and New Hampshire is preferred. The attorney would be responsible for maintaining their own case list and case files, adhering to court requirements, and working with clients directly.
The practice includes business law, corporate law, family law, estate practice, and real estate in multiple states. Must have good organizational and personal skills.
Job duties include, but are not limited to : Associate attorney duties and responsibilities
- Prepares for and attends court for trials, hearings, and mediations throughout the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire
- Performs legal research using Lexis-Nexis
- Draft legal documents, including notices, pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- Conducts discovery
