Role Description
This is a full-time role for an attorney based in either Southern or Southern California. The Attorney will be responsible for providing handling litigation, legal advice, conducting research, negotiating on behalf of clients, and practicing law. The role allows for flexibility in working at home or at the office to accommodate the needs of the attorney.
Qualifications
- Four or more years of litigation experience
- Experience in Real Estate / Landlord Tenant litigation is a plus
- Experience in Law and Labor & Employment Law is a plus
- Legal Advice and Legal Research skills
- Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- Experience in handling high-value legal cases is a plus
