EMPLOYMENT ATTORNEY

Foulston is seeking an experienced employment attorney to join our growing Litigation and Employment practice in Overland Park. In this position, you can expect to appear before administrative agencies, draft pleadings and other documents in employment cases in state and federal court, negotiate employment disputes, prepare employment agreements, and provide employment law counseling and advice to clients.

Since our establishment in 1919, the firm has grown to 90 lawyers with offices in the Kansas City area (Overland Park), Topeka, and Wichita. Qualifications Include :

• A Juris Doctor law degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
• Be licensed to practice law in the states of Kansas and Missouri (or obtain both licenses)
• Three to 15 years of experience practicing employment law
• Excellent academic credentials
• A strong focus on excellence and superior client service
• A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a desire to work in a team environment
