Job descriptionLicense to practice law in Washington State and Federal courts preferred. 3-5+ years of litigation experience required. Ability to work creatively and develop innovative legal strategies. Strong research and writing skills. Fully subsidized medical, dental, and vision benefits. Responsibilities :
- Work as part of a team with all levels of responsibility in case management from opening to closing of cases.
- Research and draft motions and briefs.
- Participate in all aspects of discovery, including written discovery and depositions.
- Appear for hearings with all parties, including experts and witnesses.
- Conduct arbitrations.
- Work with experts in a variety of fields.
- Communicate with opposing counsel, witnesses, and clients.
- Prepare and present evaluations, public speaking about the cases.
- Trial experience or willingness to go to trial (preferred).
- Desire to work in transportation, employment, products, and foster care cases.
