Key Responsibilities :

• Transactional Expertise : Lead and manage healthcare-related transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Regulatory Compliance : Provide expert legal advice on healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other relevant federal and state laws.
• Contract Negotiation : Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to healthcare transactions, ensuring alignment with client objectives and legal requirements.
