We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Engineering and IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier engineering and IT professionals across a range of technical disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical talent market, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to building candidate pipelines in a competitive landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and team goals
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract qualified engineering and IT talent (e.g., software developers, systems engineers, DevOps, network / security specialists, etc.)
Write and post engaging job descriptions on various platforms and networks
Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiations
Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruiting tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records
Stay informed on trends in the tech industry, including salary benchmarks and in-demand skills
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism
Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking meetups to promote the company and connect with potential candidates
