Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Visual Merchandising Leader that is excited to take their career to the next level with one of the fastest and most exciting apparel brands around! The Visual Merchandising Manager collaborates closely with the Sr. Director of VM and the VP of International to oversee and enhance retail merchandising standards across International Markets, including Franchise and Wholesale. The Visual Merchandising Manager is responsible for driving the execution of visual merchandising strategies that elevate the customer experience and align with brand standards. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful visual product displays across all retail locations. Strong leadership, developmental, and communication skills are essential for fostering a cohesive visual strategy that enhances the overall brand experience.

Qualifications

What you'll get to do :

• Lead Visual Merchandising : Lead the development and execution of all Visual Merchandising (VM) processes. This role will initially focus on building and revamping the VM process across all international channels and businesses, ensuring it is scalable, brand-consistent while elevating the visual identity, and localized to fit each market's unique environment and consumer needs.
• Strategy Execution : Strategize and build all seasonal communications, including in-season management direction coming out of weekly business update meetings, ensuring alignment with brand vision and retail standards. Monitor and evaluate visual displays across locations, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement. Maintain awareness of current fashion trends, retail landscape, and our competition.
• Training and Development : Provide training and support to International Visual Leads and Field Merchants on best practices, visual standards, and new initiatives to enhance visual merchandising goals and foster a culture of excellence.
• Collaboration : Build cross-functional partnerships to ensure the brand priorities are translated and protected in stores. Participate in the seasonal Alignment & Product Adoption to set, map and document product assortments by season & flow. Participate in Corporate initiative projects as a member of the Visual Merchandising team.
• Project Management : Lead the coordination of visual-related product mapping, styling, collateral and initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity. Manage ongoing primary and secondary fixture needs within stores, in addition to ordering VM fixture needs.
• Travel : Travel as needed for merchandising flips and new store openings.

The salary range for this role is $115,000 per year - $130,000 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
