Job Overview
The Assembler II position encompasses responsibilities across multiple departments within the manufacturing facility. This role involves assembling components, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality while adhering to safety and operational standards.
A Day In The Life
Wear required PPE for designated work areas.
Follow written and verbal instructions from leads and supervisors.
Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 6S policy.
Inspect own work for quality and conformity to standards.
Assist in training other employees and support team efforts.
Suggest improvements to supervisors regarding work processes.
Help maintain equipment and manage supply inventory.
Perform tasks in other areas as needed.
Adhere to attendance and punctuality requirements.
Work overtime and weekends as required.
What will help you thrive in this role?
Basic reading and writing skills.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret prints and use precision measuring instruments.
Demonstrated positive attitude and initiative to improve productivity and quality.
Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
