Actively lead market-level performance through key metrics, quality, individual skill levels, and culture. Manage all inventory, returns, and dealer inventory in market, including drop boxes, vans, and in-shop locations. Work collaboratively with the market sales team to generate, close, and follow up on sales leads. Manage all market account receivables, including checks, credit card processing, and other payment forms. Ensure staff is current on AGSC, DOW, and other relevant training systems. Manage and hold staff accountable for performance via scorecards. Ensure customer satisfaction by coaching staff and resolving customer concerns. Manage daily schedules to ensure timely completion of customer jobs. Maintain effective communication with customers and technicians, including ETA calls and follow-ups. Process and report payroll accurately and timely. Maintain installer schedules to ensure adequate market coverage. Accurately and timely process all monthly reports. Conduct performance and coaching reviews as required by Ultimate. Develop and maintain an employee recognition process to motivate staff. Recruit, interview, and hire new staff as needed. Train new hires on company policies, procedures, and SOPs. Process all new hire paperwork promptly and accurately. Promote safe and clean working conditions, ensuring vans and shop areas are well-stocked. Ensure proper use of market fleet, maintenance, and fuel cards. Enforce company policies and SOPs, documenting and coaching employees when policies are not met. Develop action plans and follow-up timelines for incidents, performance issues, or policy non-compliance. Report and document accidents or events involving customers or employees promptly. Ensure employees use and maintain proper PPE and safety equipment. Participate in external marketing and team-building activities as requested. Manage vendor performance related to fulfillment, returns, and communication. Market Profitability : Evaluate monthly financials, including profit margins, return rates, and costs. Manage employee wages to maintain labor margins. Collaborate with the call center to ensure profitability. Review monthly expenses for accuracy. Conduct competitor market surveys. Skills / Requirements : Minimum five years of autoglass or auto body management experience. Flexibility to work varied hours. Proven leadership and employee development skills. Ability to read financial statements. AGSC Master Certification and DOW certification preferred. Ability to travel up to 25%. Valid driver’s license. Knowledge of Auto Glass POS and TEAMS systems. Proficiency in MS Office. Ability to interpret technical documents and communicate effectively. Willingness to work beyond normal hours as needed.
